Product Information

Create an edgier look with these Classic Honed and Filled travertine tiles. Light beige to dark-beige background colour is complimented by various coloured areas will create a unique look. These tiles are designed for use in residential areas.

Filling is a process in which cement based compound is used to plug cavities found in travertine to make the surface smooth. This only fills holes apparent on the surface; therefore holes may still present at back of the tile. Travertine is usually filled first, and then honed to provide smooth and matt look. From time to time, small holes may emerge; this is only part of the natural process. If this happens, please ask for free filler maintenance package from one of our sales team.

When our kitchen tiles arrived we were a bit alarmed by the wholes at the back of the tiles. Stone deals advised that it is normal for travertine tiles. When our tiler saw the tiles confirmed that travertine tiles always have wholes at the back so it's important that they are covered with adhesive to prevent breakages. Turns out he was right. The tiles look amazing and according to him installing them was a piece of cake

I bought these Classic Travertine tiles for my new kitchen extension. We had a very limited budget towards the end, therefore I had to look for cheap tiles. I was also a bit worried of the price tag as the price is too good to be true. But after fixing on the floor, they now look fabulous full of different characteristics which I absolutely love of. Highly recommended.

After searching everywhere, I decided on Stone Deals for travertine floor tiles, they were cheaper than most but the quality of the tiles is really good, lovely warm colours _ crisp edges. They were well packed, with no damage. The courier in my case was the only negative, far to slow, bad communication _ a wasted day off work waiting the delivery. I would however, still use Stone Deals again _ recommend them to anyone who wants quality tiles at a reasonable price.
