Delivery
We use a nationwide pallet network to deliver your goods. Deliveries are made on pallets and offloaded to the nearest, safest position to your property ("kerbside"). The delivery driver cannot take any goods inside of your property.
Delivery is charged by the pallet and depends on the postcode. Please use our shopping cart page to estimate your delivery cost.
Our cut off time is 12.00pm. Any orders before, will be shipped on the same working day, otherwise next working day.

Returns
If you wish to return your unwanted goods for refund, you will need to notify us within the 14 days of the delivery date. You will have another 14 days to return the goods back to us. Please make sure the goods are in re-saleable condition.

Samples are generally small pieces, (10x10cm). The samples are guides only to show the texture and colours . They may
not be provided from the actual item itself. For example if you request a sample for 30mm thick tile, a sample may
be given from the same product but in thinner format. Or if you wish to have a sample for an hexagonal tile, a
square 10x10cm sample may be provided to show the colour & texture (not necessarily the actual hexagonal shape.
Even though we try our best, samples may not represent the full selection, particularly for natural stone products. If you need further information about the selections, sizes or textures, please contact us for more infomation.

What colour grout do you use in the pictures?
Good Morning, Our photos are taken professionally off site so unfortunately we would not know for certain what colour grout was used from the photo. However, for external installation they do sometimes fill the gaps with other materials. If they are for outdoor use please seek advice on what would be the best material to use.

Are these a calibrated thickness? Is there a different finish available that is less rugged and distressed?
Good morning Thank you for your query Calibrated paving refers to flagstones most commonly, that they have been processed to ensure they are of a reasonably consistent thickness, We do not supply the Vienne yellow Limestone in a different finish beside the Tumbled and distressed finish unfortunately We hope this was helpful For all other queries please do feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help

Fantastic! Seen these at a mates garden and fell in love, she recommended Stone Deals and I was straight on it, the ones I received looked a bit different but this is a natural stone so I expect that, they still look amazing though.
Vienne Tiles We were a bit hesitant to order online because were not sure about the colour variation. Requested sample 1st. And then requested more photos of the current batch. Finally place and order and within 3 days the tiles were received. Wrapped well, no issues. The tiles are very durable too. We will use both inside and outside. Thank you Stone Deals.
