Orders dispatch cut-off time is noon (12:00) during the working days Monday - Friday. We do not ship goods over the weekends or on public holidays.
Our fast and secure delivery service is available across the UK & Ireland and will be delivered between 07:00 – 18:00
Most deliveries come on large lorries with a tail-lift (and a manual pump truck) therefore it is important to inform us about any restrictions in and around or on approach to the delivery site before an order is dispatched from our warehouses. Although due to our contractual agreement, the hauliers will usually attempt to deliver kerbside only, where delivery surface and access permits, on the day of the delivery, orders can be placed at the safest and closest location to a property at the discretion of the delivering driver.
All delivery prices are per pallet under 1000 Kg (1 ton) (usually 25-35 square meters depending on the product) however, if the weight of an order exceeds the weight limit of a pallet, then the order will be dispatched on multiple pallets, all delivery charges can be viewed when viewing your basket at the time of placing an order before any payment is made by the customer.
Specific site information:
All deliveries are subcontracted to a national pallet network, which involve central and independent local depots all over the country. Orders will be collected from one of our warehouses by the central pallet network, then will be transferred to the closest local depot to the delivery address which will handle deliveries within a certain geographical area. Natural stone & porcelain tiles are very heavy, therefore you may need to make arrangements to ensure that the delivery process and the hauliers do not encounter any on-site difficulties that may result in a failed attempt of delivery. We will need to provide the hauliers with any special requirements for specific sites before an order is collected from our warehouse therefore, it is the responsibility of the customer to provide any relevant information which will help with a delivery of an order.
Next Day and Standard (Economy) Delivery Options:
Next day delivery service:
Any orders received before noon Monday – Friday, will be processed immediately and can be dispatched on the same day, for this service, it is also possible to select a future delivery date before a payment is processed. Any orders on a next-day service will be delivered on the next working day (or on the customer-selected future date). Please note, because the delivery date will be selected by the customer at the time of ordering on the next day orders, hauliers will not have prior contact with customers to arrange a delivery date and simply attempt the delivery on the delivery date stated on the order confirmation, therefore, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that someone is on-site to check and sign for their orders. Failure to do so will result in a failed delivery of an order that will be taken back to the local depot and a re-delivery charge will need to be paid by the customer before re-attempting the delivery on another working day.
Standard (economy) delivery service:
Orders on Standard (economy) service will be delivered within 3-5 working days of dispatch, please note that dispatch of Standard service orders can, on rare occasions, be delayed by a working day due to space availability on the collecting lorry, where next day orders will take priority. Within the first couple of days of placing an order, local depot staff will directly contact our customers to book in a specific day for delivery (they would not just turn up on any day), at this point, the most preferred mid-week day can be selected by customers, again, customers are responsible in ensuring they (or someone on their behalf) are on-site when a delivery is being attempted by the haulier, any failed deliveries due to no one being on-site, will be taken back to the local depot and a re-delivery charge will need to be paid by the customer before re-attempting a delivery on another working day. Most nationwide deliveries are between the hours of 7 am to 6 pm, although on very rare occasions, operational restrictions can mean that deliveries are sometimes made outside of these times.
Weekend and timed deliveries:
Weekend and timed deliveries are possible and the service (if available for an area) will be selectable at the time of placing an order, these will incur additional charges and the full delivery charges will be viewable from your basket before a payment is processed.
For safety and security reasons, the delivering driver is not permitted to move any products inside any private property, pallets will be set down at the nearest convenient point to your property either on your drive or the kerbside, which is our contractual agreement with the hauliers. When on site, if floor surface and access permits, the delivering driver at their discretion, may place orders at a more convenient location.
On the day of your delivery, whether a next-day service or a standard 3-5 working days service, customers or someone on their behalf must be on-site to receive, check and sign for the delivery, if no one is on-site to do this, deliveries will not be off-loaded and will be taken back to the local depot, customers will then be charged a re-delivery charge to re-attempt their delivery (this charge is usually the same as the initial delivery charge on the order). Customers are to ensure that, when delivery is being made, all products are checked and the delivery note is signed accordingly. We can not accept any discrepancies or liability for damages if the delivery note does not indicate "damages" or "damaged tiles" at the time of a delivery. If customers have arranged for someone else to receive their delivery on their behalf, the 3rd party must be thoroughly informed of these conditions.
As all of our deliveries are subcontracted to a 3rd party transport company, we, as your supplier, cannot accept liability if a delivery fails on a customer agreed date due to any uninformed site restriction or customer's failure to ensure someone is on-site to accept their delivery at the time of the delivery attempt. Delays can also occur in exceptional circumstances such as delivery vehicle breakdown or natural disasters to which we, as your supllier, cannot be held responsible for. We will however, try to solve any problems as quickly as possible when we are made aware of any.

We are more than happy to supply you with a transport quotation to any part of Europe. Alternatively, customers are more than welcome to organise a collection of an order or arrange for a courier/freight forwarder to collect an order on their behalf from one of our warehouses.
