Hello Frances Yes, we do not recommend harsh materials to be used in cleaning natural stones. And also yes, our LTP Grout & Cement Stain remover is specifically design for this purpose, however, as we have no knowledge of the severity of the effected area, we can not guarantee that the product will remove 100% of the stain. I have been attempting to remove the grout stains from my travertine tiles. I have read various advice which says do not use any acids to remove the cementitious deposits. Please can you advise whether the LTP Grout & Cement Stain Remover is designed specifically for travertine/limestone tiles. Thank you
