Nicobond Quickflex S1 is a single part, fast setting and non slip,
polymer modified, cement based S1 category tile adhesive, formulated to
provide enhanced properties of adhesion to a variety of surfaces in
interior and exterior situations. May be used in areas where slight
vibration occurs highly flexible, Nicobond Quickflex S1 is ideal for
fixing ceramic, fully vitrified, porcelain tiles, mosaics and natural
stones. Can be used for bonding to plywood. Recommended adhesive for
tiling to plastic ply.

Yes. This adhesive is suitable to use with a resin backed marble, you may need to prime the tile to ensure the adhesive sticks and your tiler should be able to advise on this.
