Our cut off time is 12.00pm. Any orders before, will be shipped on the same working day, otherwise next working day.

Returns
If you wish to return your unwanted goods for refund, you will need to notify us within the 14 days of the delivery date. You will have another 14 days to return the goods back to us. Please make sure the goods are in re-saleable condition.

Do you need to seal these honed tiles please?
Good afternoon Alexis Thank you for your interest in our product , we hope you are safe and well. We always recommmed ALL naturla tiles be sealed so that the look of all natural tiles be preserved for a much longer period. Hope this is helpful.
