Delivery
We use a nationwide pallet network to deliver your goods. Deliveries are made on pallets and offloaded to the nearest, safest position to your property ("kerbside"). The delivery driver cannot take any goods inside of your property.
Delivery is charged by the pallet and depends on the postcode. Please use our shopping cart page to estimate your delivery cost.
Our cut off time is 12.00pm. Any orders before, will be shipped on the same working day, otherwise next working day.

Returns
If you wish to return your unwanted goods for refund, you will need to notify us within the 14 days of the delivery date. You will have another 14 days to return the goods back to us. Please make sure the goods are in re-saleable condition.

not be provided from the actual item itself. For example if you request a sample for 30mm thick tile, a sample may
be given from the same product but in thinner format. Or if you wish to have a sample for an hexagonal tile, a
square 10x10cm sample may be provided to show the colour & texture (not necessarily the actual hexagonal shape.

Hi Are the Desert Mix Slate Cladding Tile suitable for an external wall? Is the price shown per metre square or price per tile? Kind regards David
Hello David, the claddings are natural stones that are suitable for external applications however, care should be taken when installing them on living space walls as use of a waterproof membrane is recommended to protect your wall from being exposed to condensation, as these tiles can not be grouted. The pricing for this item is per m2 and orders will be rounded up to the next full box of cladding sheets.
Are these suitable for outdoor use.
Thank you for your query. We advise laying a waterproof membrane below the surface of the tiles when laying them outside. A waterproof membrane is just another layer that is installed between the tiles and the wall, this protects the walls from water exposure. You can purchase this from a builders merchant or online, for more information your tiler should be contacted. We always recommend flexible adhesive to use with natural stones. Thank you for your query Due to the varying thickness of the smaller individual tiles that are used to making the sheets of claddings, the overall thickness can vary between 8-13mm however on rare occasions sometimes this difference can even be slightly more. Hope this was helpful, many thanks
