Returns

square 10x10cm sample may be provided to show the colour & texture (not necessarily the actual hexagonal shape.

Hello, we hope you are well. We currently do not have any stock of our woodland green slate tiles and therefore unfortunately, do not have any samples we can send out. We are estimated to have stock arrive in the beginning of July 2023 however, we do not yet have a confirmed date of arrival.

Good Morning, As of writing this response, we currently have no stock of the Woodland Green Slate due to issues with our supplier and unfortunately, do not have an ETA as to when that will be resolved. Our minimum order for our listed items is 1 square meter and all orders will be shipped on a pallet with our specialist haulier. A collection service is available upon request of our customers from one of our 2 warehouses.

how the thickness of this tile
Hello Johnathan, the thickness of these tiles varies between 10-12 mm however there is always an accepted level of variation tolerances for natural stones of a +/- 2mm, this is especially true for any "riven" finish tiles as the edges can be cut across riven parts of the natural stones hence slightly more variant.
Could you use this stone and slate ( riven ) for a hearth ?

Is Woodland Green Slate suitable for a wet room? How are delivery charges calculated?
Good afternoon Thank you for your email They are suitale for wet rooms if installed correctly and professionaly. We do advise to use a flexible adhesive to adhere the tiles. Delivery charge is calculated based on your postcode location and quantity amount of m2.
