Returns

Are the Brazilian slate 'calibrated ?

If I want 26 tiles 30cm by 30cm which includes breakage, do I need to order 3m squared? can I not get individual tiles?
Hello, We hope you are well. Orders on our website for this item are done per M2 however, if you go into your basket you will be able to see how many tiles you are receiving for the m2 you entered. For example, 2m2 would be 23 tiles, 2.520m2 would be 28 tiles and 3m2 would be 34 tiles. Once viewing your basket, your m2 can be adjusted to amend tile quantity if you wish. We hope this is helpful.

Hello Ian, we hope you are well. These Tiles are not graded as an anti-slip tile however, due to the riven finish of the tile, it would have some grip to it compared to a polished tile. We hope this is helpful.

Hi can Brazilian Black Slate Tile be used indoor and out. Wanting same tile indoor and out where bifold doors are.
Thank you for your query Lee, Due to the thickness of the tiles being at only 10mm, it is therefore not suitable for outdoor use. However we do the Brazilian Black Paving Tile in a Grand Opus pattern tile which is similar to this item, this can be for external use. Please order a free sample of this item as this will allow you to get a better idea of the structure of the tile. Is the Brazilian Riven Slate relatively smooth. I have had Indian Riven Slate in the past and it seems so riven that it is positively uneven and not really suitable for a kitchen, but only for a very rustic entrance hall for example. Thanks David

Hello Herbert We do not resize or have cutting facility service and all our tile sizes available are listed on our website. The largest tile size we have in our Brazilian range is 600 x 900, sorry we cant be of help at this time.
