We use a nationwide pallet network to deliver your goods. Deliveries are made on pallets and offloaded to the nearest, safest position to your property ("kerbside"). The delivery driver cannot take any goods inside of your property.

Our cut off time is 12.00pm. Any orders before, will be shipped on the same working day, otherwise next working day.

Returns

Hello, You simply select the tile you are interested in and select free sample making sure the box next to the "Free Sample" has a tick, then enter 1 in the item box and add to basket, you will then need to enter the delivery address. I hope this has been helpful.

Hello, we hope you are well. As these are man-made ceramic tiles, we would not expect there to be a difference in colour or texture within the tiles. Slight variations are possible however, they would not be very noticeable.

Hi , Can these be used in a shower/bath?
Hello, Porcelain tiles can be used in bathrooms however, we do recommend using matte tiles on the floors as polished porcelain can be a slip hazard due to the shiny polished surface. We hope this is helpful.

Hello Mr Dew, We hope you are well. We currently as I write this have 28 sqm available to purchase. The delivery time does depend on the delivery option you choose, we have our standard 3-5 day delivery or our next working day delivery for orders received before our 12:00pm cut-off time. Our delivery prices are postcode zones and pallet quantity based which will be viewable in your basket before a payment is required for an order. We hope this is helpful
