Delivery
We use a nationwide pallet network to deliver your goods. Deliveries are made on pallets and offloaded to the nearest, safest position to your property ("kerbside"). The delivery driver cannot take any goods inside of your property.
Delivery is charged by the pallet and depends on the postcode. Please use our shopping cart page to estimate your delivery cost.
Our cut off time is 12.00pm. Any orders before, will be shipped on the same working day, otherwise next working day.

Returns

Good all around service and pleased with the product Good sample service, we received ours 2 days after ordering, and our actual order was delivered in the same time too frame too. Helpful staff on the phone and a really good product we are pleased with, we will look at their other products for another area of our house.
Slow delivery but tiles look good We had a day delay on our delivery, they said it was due to access, we do live in a narrow lane but received deliveries here before, every company is different I guess. At least the tiles arrived intact and they are really good quality ceramics, the hexagon shape really stands out too
Highly recommend for kitchens We bought them as splashbacks, no sealing needed like natural stones, easy to clean and cheap but they look amazing
