We use a nationwide pallet network to deliver your goods. Deliveries are made on pallets and offloaded to the nearest, safest position to your property ("kerbside"). The delivery driver cannot take any goods inside of your property.
Delivery is charged by the pallet and depends on the postcode. Please use our shopping cart page to estimate your delivery cost.
Our cut off time is 12.00pm. Any orders before, will be shipped on the same working day, otherwise next working day.

Returns
If you wish to return your unwanted goods for refund, you will need to notify us within the 14 days of the delivery date. You will have another 14 days to return the goods back to us. Please make sure the goods are in re-saleable condition.

square 10x10cm sample may be provided to show the colour & texture (not necessarily the actual hexagonal shape.

Hi, I was hoping to order some tiles for a bathroom, but unfortunately they are now out of stock. I wanted 2 boxes of the Blue Stone Marble Tiles 300mm. I was also going to order 2 boxes of the white marble tiles to do a chequerboard floor. Could you please advise on when/if you will be getting any new stock in. Thank you

What colour grout has been used in the pictures please?
Hello. Thank you for your question, the colour grout used is generally a personal preference, it could be the ivory or the light grey, looking at our photos from difference devices the colours do look different.
WE are making a wet room. Can blue stone marble floor tiles be used in the shower area? Thanks, Harvey
Hello, we hope you are well. Our Blue stone tiles are suitable to be used in bathrooms walls or floor, wet room wall only as they are not anti-slip certified. We would recommend ensuring the tiles are sealed twice during installation, once before the tiles are laid and again once the tiles are grouted. We hope this is helpful.

Good delivery, packaging and good product We received our order this morning and checked though it, there are no damages, which sometimes can happen with even the best of packages with highly fragile marble stones. The grade of this marble seems of a top quality upon first inspection. So overall we are happy with our purchase.

Very impressive marble Sample was a very close match to the tile we received, understandably usually with natural stone there is a some variation. Very good quality marble, I believe it is new to the market as we haven't seen this before, really happy with our purchase.
