Delivery
We use a nationwide pallet network to deliver your goods. Deliveries are made on pallets and offloaded to the nearest, safest position to your property ("kerbside"). The delivery driver cannot take any goods inside of your property.
Delivery is charged by the pallet and depends on the postcode. Please use our shopping cart page to estimate your delivery cost.
Our cut off time is 12.00pm. Any orders before, will be shipped on the same working day, otherwise next working day.

Returns
If you wish to return your unwanted goods for refund, you will need to notify us within the 14 days of the delivery date. You will have another 14 days to return the goods back to us. Please make sure the goods are in re-saleable condition.

Hello Eve, Thank you for your question. These tiles are not suitable for outdoor use as they are only 10 mm in thickness and therefore would not cope well with our frost they would most likely crack. Hi, can these be installed horizontally and external block wall? I have seen the Imperial Black Slate Cladding Tile which is very similar. What is the difference between these 2 tile other than the price? Many thanks
Hello, Our herringbones can be used both vertically and horizontally as well as being used on external walls. We do recommend to use a waterproof membrane when using these tiles on an external wall if it is an internal wall on the other side to prevent any water that is soaked up by the tiles, seeping into the interior wall. The difference between our herringbone and cladding tiles is that our cladding come on meshes in a Z shape which allows the cladding to be slotted together without grouting, whereas the herringbones are singular tiles which would need to be grouted. Hi, can these be used as wall tiles in a bathroom/ shower room?
Hello Andy Yes, with the tiles themselves there will be no issue using them in bathroom/shower room however, as with any natural stone, they should be sealed before use with a natural stone sealer. During the installation, there should also be a waterproof membrane installed to prevent your walls from being exposed to water and moisture if being used in a wet room. We hope this is helpful.
