We use a nationwide pallet network to deliver your goods. Deliveries are made on pallets and offloaded to the nearest, safest position to your property ("kerbside"). The delivery driver cannot take any goods inside of your property.
Delivery is charged by the pallet and depends on the postcode. Please use our shopping cart page to estimate your delivery cost.
Our cut off time is 12.00pm. Any orders before, will be shipped on the same working day, otherwise next working day.

Returns
If you wish to return your unwanted goods for refund, you will need to notify us within the 14 days of the delivery date. You will have another 14 days to return the goods back to us. Please make sure the goods are in re-saleable condition.

Is it possible to buy two and a half square meters. As I don’t need a full 3 square metre. Of the classic Travertine tile

In the quantity box in your basket, you will be able to manually change the quantity that shows by clicking on the box showing the quantity, which will then highlight that amount where you can then enter the quantity you were looking for. Hi I like the texture and colour of classic light travertine tile filled and honed. I am after 406 X 406. Do you have this size? How many tiles do you get per metre and are the boxes, boxed per metre.
Hello, We hope you are well. We do offer a 406x406 size of our Classic Travertine Filled and Honed. These tiles are sold per tile however, they can be banded together 4-6 tiles at a time. We hope this is helpful.

We prefer this warm colours We opted for this Classic range purely because of the variety that the tile comes in compared to the other Ivory range. The price was the added bonus :)
Will look to make future purchases Natural as they come, we preferred this tumbled finish for an even more rustic look. Great stone at a fantastic price. Not sure why they are much cheaper than others but the quality certainly isnt any less.
Happy with the whole process and the quality of the product Having placed my order on Tuesday I didnt expect delivery until the following week so was very pleased to receive a call confirming a Friday delivery, this gave me the opportunity to start the work over the weekend. Had a couple of broken tiles but I expect this with fragile tiles, we naturally over ordered a little and 2 damaged tiles will be used for cuts first. The item itself is the cheaper option for us but the quality is above the price tag I think. So, pleased with our purchase
