Delivery
We use a nationwide pallet network to deliver your goods. Deliveries are made on pallets and offloaded to the nearest, safest position to your property ("kerbside"). The delivery driver cannot take any goods inside of your property.
Delivery is charged by the pallet and depends on the postcode. Please use our shopping cart page to estimate your delivery cost.
Our cut off time is 12.00pm. Any orders before, will be shipped on the same working day, otherwise next working day.

Returns
If you wish to return your unwanted goods for refund, you will need to notify us within the 14 days of the delivery date. You will have another 14 days to return the goods back to us. Please make sure the goods are in re-saleable condition.

Do your Jerusalem limestone tiles come as 12mm thick or is there a variation in the thickness.

With our Jerusalem Limestone tiles, we offer the sizes 400x600 (12mm thickness) and 600x900 (20mm thickness) and our Opus Romano pattern, which comes in 4 different sizes (12mm thickness). Depending on the size or the pattern you are after will determine the thickness of the tile.
Hi. A couple of questions. Would this be suitable for a shower area if sealed as advised? We might use this in a wet room on the floor as well as the walls. Once sealed, would you have any idea how slippery the surface would be? Thanks, Graham.
Hello Graham. If professionally installed with a waterproof membrane, the tiles themselves are perfectly OK to use in a wetroom, due to their tumbled surface, they will be much less slippery than any polished finished tile, sealing tiles does not make them any more slippery but simply help preserve the natural look of stones for a longer period.
1. do your jersualem antique gold limestone tiles need to be sealed? 2. What colour grout do you recommend (Kitchen living room)? 3. Are they suitable for underfloor heating?
Hello Liz Yes, Jerusalem limestone does need to be sealed, the sealing process should be performed on all natural stone types to preserve and protect their natural look for a longer period. We find the most popular grout colours for this range is either beige or ivory. This range is perfectly OK to use with underfloor heating as its a good conductor and disperses heat efficiently. Jerusalem Antique Gold Limestone 400 x 600 x 12. I ordered 92 tiles Monday lunchtime, delivered Wednesday late morning. Two very minor corners broken but otherwise fine. Well packed, it looks like they were still in the crate from the quarry. Very few voids or discolourations, they look exactly as the do in the photos on the website. Very, very happy with them, especially for the price! Many thanks.
