What type of adhesive would you recommend for your terracota floor tiles?
Hello, Thank you for your question. We supply 2 types of adhesives for all of our tile ranges, the rapid fast set and the standard set adhesives. They can both be used for any of our ranges however, the installation type, where they are installed can dictate which one is chosen. We, however, always recommend consulting tilers that will conduct the installations as they may have a preferred option for a unique installation as the dry time is different between these 2 options.. Hello Stephen, this range is not designed for external use due to its 10mm thickness, we dont recommend any natural stones less than 20mm of thickness for external use.
Good afternoon, Trying to find a match to an existing black slate floor. Its riven like your product, however I have used a a gloss sealant so they look quite polished. Are you able to do this on your product and do you send small samples please? We are in the process of having an extension and opening up from the kitchen area which has the existing slate floor, so would need to be a good match. Many thanks Emma Litchfield
Good Afternoon Emma, We would not recommend using a gloss sealer on a matte finish tile, this is because the properties in the sealers are used for certain finishes so gloss sealers would have the properties used for polished finish tiles and matte sealers would have properties used for matte finish tiles. If you were looking to add shine to your matte tiles we would recommend our LTP Ironwax Satin Slate Tile Sealer which will add a little bit of shine to your tiles.

How many tiles do you get per m2 for the 600mm x 300mm Nero Mix Black Slate Tile. I need approx 10 tiles sized 600mm x 300mm but not sure what the £14.99 per m2 covers.
Thank you for your query Christina, this item comes in a box of 6 tiles, so you will need 2 boxes which will give you 12 tiles. The m2 this is equivalent to is 2.16 m2, please enter this quantity into your basket. When you view your basket you should be able to see the number of boxes listed below the products name. If we purchased whats the refund / return policy, we have bought samples but they dont appear the same as the pictures on your website
Good afternoon Thank you for your query Please note that natural stones will always vary between each batch and even between each stone within an order. You will receive a full refund for the cost of the tiles that arrive to us in a good, resalable condition minus any delivery charges. We would like to inform you that any broken tiles will not be refunded. Intention of returning items need to be inform to us within 14 days of receiving your items, which then gives you another 14 days to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse. If Returns are received outside of the 14 day period from when informed, there will not be the usual 20% re-stocking fee deducted from your refund. We hope this was helpful Thank you
