Delivery
We use a nationwide pallet network to deliver your goods. Deliveries are made on pallets and offloaded to the nearest, safest position to your property ("kerbside"). The delivery driver cannot take any goods inside of your property.
Delivery is charged by the pallet and depends on the postcode. Please use our shopping cart page to estimate your delivery cost.
Our cut off time is 12.00pm. Any orders before, will be shipped on the same working day, otherwise next working day.
You will receive more information about what to expect before and during delivery, once checkout is completed. For any more questions, please feel free to contact us or see our delivery information page.
Returns
If you wish to return your unwanted goods for refund, you will need to notify us within the 14 days of the delivery date. You will have another 14 days to return the goods back to us. Please make sure the goods are in re-saleable condition.

square 10x10cm sample may be provided to show the colour & texture (not necessarily the actual hexagonal shape.

Hi- i recently ordered some stone samples of your Carara herringbone marble tile. I got sent a lovely sample but also a very small herringbone mosaic- i cant see that available anywhere on your website? Do you still have some in stock?
Hi, We hope you are well. We do offer a Carrara White Herringbone Marble Mosaic Tile which comes in a sheet size of 305x305. We do not have any stock available currently however, we are due to get more stock in on 23/01/2023. We hope this is helpful.
Are these tiles solid throughout so the edges are marble or are they a standard tile edge
Good Morning, The tiles are solid throughout as it is a marble tile so does not have any holes and they will have a straight cut edge.
Can I use this file on the floor in a shower/wet room?
Hello Ed, although these are honed/matt finished tiles, they are still not anti-slip certified therefore are not classed as wetroom tiles, although we have had customers use these in wetroom installation.
Do this tiles.come.joined together or individual tiles that could be used horizontally like subway tiles. Or are they only configured in an herringbone pattern?

Great product, expensive delivery We cant fault the service or the product but the delivery charge seems a bit much for small order. They explained the pallet charge covers a whole pallet. At least we love the tiles.
