Delivery
We use a nationwide pallet network to deliver your goods. Deliveries are made on pallets and offloaded to the nearest, safest position to your property ("kerbside"). The delivery driver cannot take any goods inside of your property.
Delivery is charged by the pallet and depends on the postcode. Please use our shopping cart page to estimate your delivery cost.
Our cut off time is 12.00pm. Any orders before, will be shipped on the same working day, otherwise next working day.
You will receive more information about what to expect before and during delivery, once checkout is completed. For any more questions, please feel free to contact us or see our delivery information page.
Returns
If you wish to return your unwanted goods for refund, you will need to notify us within the 14 days of the delivery date. You will have another 14 days to return the goods back to us. Please make sure the goods are in re-saleable condition.

not be provided from the actual item itself. For example if you request a sample for 30mm thick tile, a sample may
be given from the same product but in thinner format. Or if you wish to have a sample for an hexagonal tile, a
square 10x10cm sample may be provided to show the colour & texture (not necessarily the actual hexagonal shape.
Even though we try our best, samples may not represent the full selection, particularly for natural stone products. If you need further information about the selections, sizes or textures, please contact us for more infomation.

Please can you tell me how many white carrerra basket weave tiles you get in a metre. I want to use them as a splashback in my kitchen . Can I buy individual tiles please?
Hello, Thank you for your question. The website will tell you how many sheets of the mosaic you get in the m2 you enter in the box. for example 1m2 you will receive 11 sheets, the price is per m2 so it will round up to the next full sheet, you can but per m2 or per sheet. Hello, thank you for your question. We would only recommend using anti-slip tiles on shower floors due to the slip risk that natural stone has however, we have been informed of customers using this tile for similar projects. We hope this is helpful.
We are renovating our bathroom at the end of January and would like to use the basket weave on our floor. We need around 5sqm but at the moment you do not have enough stock. Are you likely to have more in stock by the end of January?

The website says that this product is £66.99 per sq. metre, however it also has a tile size of 305mm x 305mm against said price. Can you please confirm whether the price shown is per sq. metre or per tile as I require 3 sq. metres? Many thanks.
