Delivery
We use a nationwide pallet network to deliver your goods. Deliveries are made on pallets and offloaded to the nearest, safest position to your property ("kerbside"). The delivery driver cannot take any goods inside of your property.
Delivery is charged by the pallet and depends on the postcode. Please use our shopping cart page to estimate your delivery cost.
Our cut off time is 12.00pm. Any orders before, will be shipped on the same working day, otherwise next working day.

Returns
If you wish to return your unwanted goods for refund, you will need to notify us within the 14 days of the delivery date. You will have another 14 days to return the goods back to us. Please make sure the goods are in re-saleable condition.

not be provided from the actual item itself. For example if you request a sample for 30mm thick tile, a sample may
be given from the same product but in thinner format. Or if you wish to have a sample for an hexagonal tile, a
square 10x10cm sample may be provided to show the colour & texture (not necessarily the actual hexagonal shape.
Even though we try our best, samples may not represent the full selection, particularly for natural stone products. If you need further information about the selections, sizes or textures, please contact us for more infomation.

How many tiles per m2 in the size 406mm x 406mm
hello, for this tile, you would receive 7 tiles per m2. You can find this out by adding 1m2 to your basket and then if you view your basket, you should be able to see how many tiles you would be receiving in red under the name of the tile.
Do the classic travertine honed and filled tiles have a natural mat stone finish? Are they slices of stone? Thank you.

Can these tiles be used in a shower enclosure?
Good afternoon Thank you for your email query The Classic Travertine Honed and Filled can be used for a shower room, however the installation has to include a waterproof membrane between the tiles and the wall for water leak protection, all natural tiles also need to be sealed at least once before and once after grouting. Are these tiles suitable for underfloor heating? Are they calibrated?
Hello, The Travertine due to the fact it has holes as a stone and they are filled with a filler, with heat from the underfloor heating over time, the fillings might pop out over a prolonged time of use. However, some customers do still use these tiles with underfloor heating filling up any holes if it is necessary. For any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you
