We use a nationwide pallet network to deliver your goods. Deliveries are made on pallets and offloaded to the nearest, safest position to your property ("kerbside"). The delivery driver cannot take any goods inside of your property.
Delivery is charged by the pallet and depends on the postcode. Please use our shopping cart page to estimate your delivery cost.
Our cut off time is 12.00pm. Any orders before, will be shipped on the same working day, otherwise next working day.

Returns
If you wish to return your unwanted goods for refund, you will need to notify us within the 14 days of the delivery date. You will have another 14 days to return the goods back to us. Please make sure the goods are in re-saleable condition.

not be provided from the actual item itself. For example if you request a sample for 30mm thick tile, a sample may
be given from the same product but in thinner format. Or if you wish to have a sample for an hexagonal tile, a
square 10x10cm sample may be provided to show the colour & texture (not necessarily the actual hexagonal shape.
Even though we try our best, samples may not represent the full selection, particularly for natural stone products. If you need further information about the selections, sizes or textures, please contact us for more infomation.

Can these tiles be used in the ‘splash zone’ of a shower
Hello Karen The stones themselves are perfectly suitable for this purpose however, a waterproof membrane needs to be installed between any tiles and the wall if constant water exposure is expected as well as sealing the stones at least twice after installation, once before and once after grouting. Recommended if you are after a high quality mosaic Waited for these to come back in stock for a while as we set our hearts on them after seeing them in a neighbours house a few weeks back, we are happy we did wait as they look amazing. Tiler did a fantastic job too
Deserved 5 stars Good phone service, we got through quickly each time. Felt like a budget tile for the price but we are impressed with the quality of the mosaics we received
Overall satisfied Some of the sheets had 1 or two cracked tiles which our tiler made use of but overall a really good product.
Good quality product We chose this over traditional squares as the brick design was more what we were after. These Ivory tiles seem to be their best quality travertine and we are not disappointed.
